Yes, most maids have prior experience with previous employers. They are generally skilled in all household tasks such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cooking, childcare, and elderly care. However, since every household has its own way of working, you may need to guide them according to your specific requirements.

Most maids have an education level between 5th to 7th standard. They are either local residents or come from nearby villages in Maharashtra.

We offer up to three replacements within one year from the date of the first maid’s joining (six months for registrations outside Mumbai).

• Housemaids work either full-time, staying at your house for 24 hours, or part-time, with flexible hours between 8 AM to 6 PM.

• Cooks are mostly part-time, and their availability depends on your area.

• Caretakers, ayahs, and governesses generally work full-time but can also opt for day or night shifts.

• Drivers typically work from 8 AM to 8 PM.
